How we work

Four steps, in order. No step is skipped because a deadline is close.

    Scope before code

    We map what exists, what's broken, and what success looks like, then write it down. If the scope is wrong, everything after it is wrong, so this is where the time goes.

  2. 02

    Build in the open

    You see the work as it happens, not at a milestone demo. It's easier to change direction in week two than in month two, and you're the one who knows when we've drifted.

  3. 03

    Test what matters

    The paths that lose you money if they break get tested. Coverage numbers are not a goal; the thing not breaking is.

  4. 04

    Hand it over properly

    You get the source, the deploy, and documentation written for someone who wasn't there. No retainer, no lock-in, no dependency on us being reachable.
